Background

The short version.

Fifteen years of program and operations leadership across Fortune 50 and growth-stage SaaS. A start in the Air Force, a standing seat in the classroom, and now an independent practice built to do one thing well.

Bio

I spend my time on stalled, high-stakes initiatives. The ones where the board is asking questions and the status reports are still green.

Across GM, Dell, and Workiva I built and ran the governance, operating models, and decision systems that get multi-million-dollar programs unstuck and keep them moving. In 2026 I took that work independent. The through line has never been the playbook. It is getting the right people to make the right call when the stakes are high, then building the system so it happens again without me.
