I unstick what's stuck.

The execution fixer for organizations where strategy has stalled. When a critical initiative stops moving and nobody can explain why, I diagnose the actual bottleneck, clear the friction in the decision path, and restore delivery velocity. Then I leave the machine running.

The work

Most organizations don't have an ambition problem. They have an execution problem.

By the time I get the call, leadership already knows something is broken. What they need is someone who has been in the room they're in, has seen this failure mode before, and knows where the money leaks out. I name it, then I build the structure that lets the work move again.

I carry Fortune 500 stripes from GM, Dell, Accenture, and Workiva, and the wiring of an independent operator: a USAF veteran and an adjunct professor who spent fifteen years teaching while executing. Most people have one or the other. The combination is the point.

I don't automate chaos. I fix the system first, then scale it.

Adult supervision has entered the chat.

What's usually broken

By the time I get the call, the damage is measurable and the cause usually isn't strategy. It's one of these.

The decision path has no owner.

Work stalls because nobody has clear authority to move it forward, not because people are lazy. No one owns the call, so nothing moves.

Transformation has gone quiet.

It launched with energy. Now it's month ten, the budget is still burning, and nobody can explain why nothing ships. The real cost is credibility with the people who funded it.

Strategy bought a roadmap it can't deliver.

Leadership made the commitment. The operating model underneath was never built to close the gap between what was promised and what actually ships.

Capacity is leaking in plain sight.

Idle capacity and duplicated systems sit in the open. Visible on the spreadsheet, invisible to whoever was supposed to act on them.

A priority list with no ranked order.

A strategy that won't say what it won't do is a wish list with better fonts. Committees produce initiatives. Leaders produce priorities.

Theater over delivery.

Slide-deck confidence that doesn't survive contact with execution. The appearance of progress without the substance of it.

This shows up across financial services, GRC and ESG, and enterprise SaaS, and in any mid-to-large company mid-transformation. The industry is secondary. The organizational moment is what I'm hired for.

How I work

Execution Recovery

I get called when the work has stopped and nobody can explain why. I diagnose the actual bottleneck, not the stated one, clear the friction in the decision path, and restore delivery velocity.

Operating Model Architecture

Build the governance, decision paths, and delivery cadence the organization needs but never built. I don't manage projects inside a broken system. I rebuild the system so delivery stops depending on heroics.

AI-Native Operations

Design and deploy multi-agent AI workflows and the governance to run them responsibly. Model selection rationale, output audit trails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, not experimentation for its own sake.
